General Counsel for Casserole Catering, Inc. 1972-82 and Catering For Sport, Ltd. 1984-89, providing services to 12 Superbowls, 6 Olympics, International Sporting events including Wimbledon, The Breeders Cup, The British Open, U.S. Open Golf Championships, The Skins Game, The Honda Classic Golf Tournament, and Lipton Tennis Tournament, The Skins Game, La Quinta, Cal. 1986-1988, The Breeders Cup, Gulf Stream Park, Fla. 1989, The Honda Classic Golf Tournament, Florida, 1987-88, The Lipton Tennis Classic, Key Biscayne, Fla. 1988-89.

Negotiation and preparation of commercial contracts for Downey Glass, including with Disney Company, legal consul with President and Director of Human Resources regarding retirement, termination and workers compensation issues.

Represented U.S. DISC in banking and commercial transactions, locally and internationally. Experience with U.S. State Department Commercial Attaches.

Litigation and negotiation of internationally declared Bankruptcy against U.S. corporation leading to successful reversal of the foreign Bankruptcy declaration.

Represented officers (Vice President level and above) of major universities and national/international insurance companies in negotiating retirement packages and litigation of breach of contract actions.

Instituted personal discussions with the Vatican for the purpose of commissioning the portrait of Pope John Paul II.

Successfully negotiated for release of persons from territorial borders.
